“Technology should create opportunities, not fear. CyberVaani Foundation was built on one belief: no family should lose their hard-earned money because they did not understand a digital threat.”

Bihar ki apni digital safety movement — gaon se sheher tak, bhasha aur bharosa ke saath. A community-led institution building cyber resilience from the ground up.
CyberVaani started with a simple observation: families were losing savings to scams they never saw coming — not because they were careless, but because nobody explained the risks in their language.
From village chaupals to city schools, we meet people where they are — with practical guidance, not fear. Every session, every program, and every volunteer hour is aimed at one outcome: preventing digital harm before it happens.
Our journey began with the goal of reaching the first 100 families — then 500, then 1,000. That milestone path is just the beginning of a movement to make Bihar cyber-safe, one community at a time.
Bihar ke har parivar tak suraksha pahunchana — yahi hamara safar hai.

Our Vision
A Bihar where every citizen — from villages to cities — navigates the digital world with confidence and safety.
Ek aisa Bihar jahan har nagrik digital duniya mein surakshit aur confident ho.
These principles shape every program, partnership, and conversation we lead.
Victims need support, not judgement.
Cyber safety must reach people in the language they understand.
The goal is not only learning. The goal is preventing harm.
Trust is the foundation of our work.
CyberVaani focuses on communities where a single scam can wipe out family savings or silence a voice online.
